Special Orb - From Rank bossfight.

Heal Tech - From Rank bossfight.

Drone Token - From awakening the Drone.

Red HP Capsule - Found deep in Dark Space, in the room with the long invisible pathway.

Revival Tech - Found below the Chameleon room.

Speed Booster - Found in the Old Archon room, where the letter is.

Challenge Medallion - Given after Reeve's challenge.

Tracker - Found at a specific wall that requires defeating a certain amount of enemies.

Token of Evil - Found during Chapter 4.
